Gay Markham is fabulous. Unfortunately the other nursing staff are not as great or even nice. I called about a prescription refill not being filled. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment. I was told "no, it is Cigna. They need to send a physical fax and don't even try to send it by computer we won't accept it and we are considering cutting them off completely because they are so difficult to deal with." So I had them send multiple physical faxes which they did while I was on the phone. I was then out of the country thinking it would be filled and here upon my return. It wasn't so I called and they said they didn't receive it. Then they said I needed to do a follow up appointment (which is what I originally asked and was told it wasn't necessary but suddenly is when I am now almost completely out of my prescription). Mostly though, the nurses I spoke with were just rude and acted like I was bothering them. They have no desire to help at all. They literally just do not care.
Arrived for my appointment, the office staff told me my primary insurance carries a secondary policy and I had to call bluecross blueshield to have it removed or they would not see me. Three staff members stood there arguing with me that this was factual and even though it doesn't list any information that I could not be seen. It was so unprofessional. I called BCBS and they told me I do not have secondary insurance, it's the same group number and the office staff doesn't seem to be well versed in insurance policy billing. They cannot remove the "second" insurance as it is my primary and only insurance. I called back and was told that I could reschedule and they'd try to bill it but if it kicks back I'd be responsible for payment since I don't have the second group card that doesn't exist. They could have ran it while I was in office. For having high ratings, this was a huge disappointment. This is a common insurance, where is the training for the office staff? I'll go elsewhere. I don't have the confidence that the medical professionals are much better if the face of their practice can't decipher single insurance policies.
We love Dr. Murphy!!! Him and the whole staff is amazing! My husband has an appointment with him next and then my oldest daughter to have their moles checked. He has excellent bedside manner and really helps ease the anxiety of having to remove things. Glad I chose him as my dermatologist.
Had cancerous area removed from my back. Dr Dominick was awesome. The nursing staff was absolutely amazing. They have me cancer free. Thank you for your service and genuine care.
They really tell you everything that you will experience before and after. Very professional. I had minor surgery on my cheek to remove a lump. It went so smooth. The two ladies where so nice.

My son has seen Peter for over a year now for acne treatment. His knowledge and personable demeanor makes you feel at ease. We are very pleased with the care we have received in the office. Each person we come in contact with treats us with respect and kindness.
Morgan does a fantastic skin check and is very thorough. I’ve been going to the seven lakes office for about 4 yrs and they’ve taken great care of all my skin needs and issues. Everyone in the office is friendly and courteous. Great medical group.
My daughter went for acne & her eczema over a month ago and still hasn’t heard back about two medications that needed a prior authorization. This is unprofessional in any office setting. I work for a physician & also have done hundreds of prior authorizations & it doesn’t take that long. My daughter has called on many occasions with only being sent to voicemail with no return call. I myself, have came to this office for over 20 plus year & always had great results. I had to call the office manager today only to be put to voicemail as well. Let’s see how long they take to call me back…. VERY Disappointed with my daughters visit & no response in return to her calls.
